The five new hires bring a wealth of experience to Vita’s growing team from top-level companies such as SpaceX and Versatile to make 2023 their most productive year to date.

Vita Industrial hires five new experts amid sky-high 2023 projections

T

o help manage a tremendous growth projection for 2023, Vita Industrial (Vita) has welcomed five new senior-level team members. With diverse backgrounds and extensive experience in industrial and government relations, these new employees will help drive Vita’s growth in the construction sector. These experts have come to Vita with vast levels of experience working with prestigious organizations such as SpaceX, Virgin Galactic, Versatile, and Craneworks to name a few.

“We are thrilled to welcome these new talents to the Vita team. Together, we are all committed to realizing the potential of load stabilization to increase efficiency and safety on job sites,” said Caleb Carr, CEO of Vita Inclinata, Vita Industrial’s parent company.

2022 has been a banner year for Vita, and 2023 is projected to be even bigger. In just the past year, Vita has implemented the Vita Industrial Training Academy to offer qualified rigging programs for North American riggers and crane operators. and had a stand-out showing at this year’s bauma trade show in Germany, concluding with immense international interest. The company has also executed live demos across North America and abroad and seen the Vita Load Navigator successfully used on multiple job sites. The company looks forward to continued growth in 2023 and to, once again, setting the pace in the growing load stabilization market.

The new hires include:

Scott Wilson, Industrial Advisor

Before joining Vita, Wilson held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CraneWorks, which has locations across the country. He will leverage an extensive network of crane owners, managers, and manufacturing representatives, as well as his industrial business development expertise, to promote the use of the Vita Load Navigator. “I've been involved in every aspect of the crane industry," Wilson said. “These experiences help me explain the Vita Load Navigator's benefits and how it will make any job site safer while taking the stress off crane operators and rigging crews.”

Angela Driscoll, Director, State Government Relations

Driscoll is a government affairs and public policy professional with nearly 20 years of experience in state and federal political and public affairs. Before joining Vita, she held the position of Government Relations Manager at Niagara Bottling, a leading beverage manufacturer. She will help Vita in strategy development and execution to support diverse public and private sector stakeholder interests. “Vita is a forward-thinking and visionary leader with tremendous growth potential,” Driscoll said. “I look forward to opening new doors for Vita’s technology through strategic government relations.”

Casey Savlov, Executive VP, Industrial Division

Before joining Vita, Savlov held the position of Vice President of Sales at Versatile, a technology solution that is deployed on construction cranes to help teams improve productivity. Savlov will help Vita build great teams, implement efficient processes, and create strong relationships with teammates and clients. “The Vita Load Navigator is what the construction industry has been asking for; an easy-to-use tool that solves common safety problems. I am eager to bring my industry knowledge to help ensure clients are well serviced from initial contact through procurement, deployment, and support services.”

Kevin Campbell, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Vita, Campbell served as Senior Vice President of Treasury and Corporate Development at Air Methods Corp. He was responsible for capital and investment management, corporate development, capital market activities, and investor relations. “I am impressed by Vita's life-saving technology and its impact within the aerospace and industrial markets and am excited to be part of an organization dedicated to saving lives.”

Ken Sunshine, Corporate Advisor

Before joining Vita, Sunshine was a founding member of SpaceX, and the CFO of Virgin Galactic from 2011 to 2014. Ken also serves as a member of the investment committee for SpaceFund, a founding board member of Veleos, and a mentor with Starburst Accelerator and Techstars Space Accelerator. He will bring to the Vita team decades of financial experience that has helped transform many organizations with purpose-driven financial forecasting, strategic marketing planning, and a deep understanding of capital markets. "They are rapidly growing; I'll leverage my experience to help them continue this momentum to become the global leader. I'm excited to do my part to ensure Vita reaches their full potential."
