Kanematsu Corporation To Become Exclusive Representative Of The Vita Load Navigator System In Japan

roomfield, CO and Tokyo, JP — July 15, 2021 — Vita Inclinata Technologies (Vita), which develops and produces helicopter and crane load stabilization and precision hardware, announced an agreement with Kanematsu Corporation (Kanematsu) today.

The agreement establishes Kanematsu as the exclusive aerospace representative and reseller of the Vita Rescue System (VRS) and Vita Sling Load System for helicopters in Japan, positioning Kanematsu to introduce Vita’s innovative technology in the country. Kanematsu also has the option to pursue additional Regional opportunities for Vita Rescue Systems and Vita Lifting Systems for crane use.

“We are pleased with this agreement, which advances our existing relationship as investors and further strengthens the bond between the two companies as strategic partners,” said Mikinori Tsuyama, General Manager, Aerospace Department, Kanematsu.
